RETURN POLICY

Musical Instrument Haven appreciates your business and we want you to be 100% satisfied.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you can return it for a refund or credit within 30 days of shipment. Refunds are for the value of the product only, minus the cost of any applicable fees. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility for any item purchased.

 

How do I Return a Product?

PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY OR A MINIMUM RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% WILL APPLY.

**All products must be returned in their original condition.

A return authorization number is required to return any product. Please email us at custhelp@musicalinstrumenthaven.com to receive your number.

For any refunds to be considered the product being returned must be in its original condition with absolutely no sign of wear and tear, and be received back within 30 days from the date of our shipment.

Included in your package please include a copy of the packing list and your return form (which can be printed from our site) clearly indicating your reason for returning the product.

Returns must be in factory fresh, re-sellable condition, and you must include ALL original packaging, paperwork, and accessories.

The customer is held responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches our warehouse. To prevent damage, make sure the return is packaged correctly.

Insure the return package and save your tracking number! Make sure it is insured for the full value of the purchase. We are NOT responsible if your return merchandise is lost in the mail.

 

Return Processing

Any returns will take us about 2 weeks to process.

*Please note on all woodwind and brass instruments that are returned there will be a $8 sterilization fee.

 

How Do I Return a Defective Product?

Email us at custhelp@musicalinstrumenthaven.com within 72 hours for instructions on returning a defective product.

To qualify for return shipping in a defective product you must notify us of the problem within 72 hours of your receipt.

Delivery refused

*If the shipping carrier returns a product to us because it was undeliverable or refused, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
